The Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon has been organised by the following personnel:

Barak Goldstein - Terralab Ventures CEO

 

A serial entrepreneur and leader of the Israeli Cleanweb community, Barak Goldstein established successful cleanweb companies and a portfolio of renewable projects of more than $1 billion. With 10 plus years in private equity.

He received his MA in economics from Tel Aviv University and graduated from the executive program at INSEAD.

 

 
Raphael Nejman - TerraLab Ventures COO

 

Raphael is COO of Terralab Ventures and his responsibility includes business strategy formulation to collaboration and partnership establishment.

Raphael brings over 7 years of experience in venture capital investments, as an attorney and investment banker.

At Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. law firm, Raphael specialized in the formation of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, and assisted startup companies with respect to equity investments, both in Israel and abroad. Raphael managed the Agro-tech division at Cukierman & Co. Investment House and assisted companies with respect to cross-border fund raising, M&A's and IPO's.

Raphael holds a LLB, MBA from Bar Ilan University and completed the mini MBA program at the Sichuan University, China.

Caylee Talpert - Director of Special Projects, Pears Innovation and International Development Program - Harold Hartog School of Government and Policy, Tel Aviv University

 

Caylee Talpert works as a Director of Special Projects at the Pears Innovation and International Development Program at Tel Aviv University, where she co-directs the IsraelDev Network, an entrepreneurial community focussed on harnessing Israeli innovation for the developing world. Caylee holds an Msc in International Development from the London School of Economics with a focus on business models for the Base of the Pyramid (BoP) as well as degree in economics and finance from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. Daniel Ben-Yehuda - Deputy Director, Pears Innovation and International Development Program - Harold Hartog School of Government and Policy, Tel Aviv University

 

Daniel Ben Yehuda is the Deputy Director of the Pears Innovation and International Development Program at Tel Aviv University. In this capacity Daniel co-directs the IsraelDev Network, which connects activists, entrepreneurs, start-ups, business and civil society organizations dedicated to international development. Daniel works to nurture a generation of Israeli entrepreneurs and companies addressing the needs of developing countries.
