The Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon is a two-day event that will be held from 14-15 November, 2013 at Google Campus Tel Aviv (Electra Tower 98 Yigal Alon St. Tel Aviv Floor 26th) Dev4Dev Cleanweb is designed to bring together Israeli innovators from diverse backgrounds to build "Cleanweb" and IT based solutions that address the challenges faced by the developing world.

 

"Cleanweb" is about helping entrepreneurs, innovators, and enterprises to leverage information technology to drive massive improvements in global sustainability, economic prosperity, and human well-being.

 

The global revolution in information and communication technologies is transforming business and government in the developing world, driving entrepreneurship, innovation and economic growth. 

 

The Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon is about connecting Israel’s leading entrepreneurial and technological community with the needs of the developing world.

The Dev4Dev Cleanweb Hackathon is the first Hackathon in Israel focusing on solutions for developing world challenges.

 

The Hackathon builds upon the success of more than 20 Cleanweb Hackathons that took place in key markets around the world as well as the cumulative experience of the IsraelDev Network. The conference will bring together developers, designers and business professionals dedicated to collaborative creation and coding that address developing world challenges.
