Innovation:Africa is looking for an Africa Programs Associate to join the Programs Department and oversee our work on the ground. The Africa Programs Associate will directly manage our local teams and project implementation in-country. This is a full-time position based in our Israel office and will require extensive travel to Africa. Candidates must be very detail-oriented, highly organized, be able to coordinate large-scale operations, demonstrate cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt in an international work environment. Strong candidates will demonstrate previous experience in international development, preferably in Africa, as well as excellent English skills (proficiency in French is a bonus).
