The Global Fair Trade System - Should We Care?

Esther Guluma, one of Israel’s leading experts in international development, led a discussion about the importance of Fair Trade. Esther previously served in senior positions in UNICEF in Africa and Asia where she worked for 17 years. Esther shared her knowledge and experience from serving on the Board and as chairperson of Fairtrade International, the largest ethical trade scheme in the world as well as on the Supervisory Board of FLO-CERT, the company responsible for world-wide audits and certification of Fairtrade products for producers and traders.
