ICT for Open Government

Dr. Jennifer Shkabatur shared some of her knowledge and experience in working with ICT for Good Governance in the developing world and spoke about some of the exciting developments in this field in recent years. The event included a second presentation from Benny Daon, Founder of the Public Knowledge Workshop ("Hasadna") who gave an overview of developments in Open Government in Israel.
