Yarden is a Project Manager at Pears Program for Global Innovation.

After several years of experience in law firms and an investment bank, Yarden transitioned to the international development field and managed projects in Mexico and Uganda, leveraging the force of community to increase the level of education and to empower women. Settled in Israel two years ago, she joined Rise Tel Aviv, managing the FinTech Community, helping connect the startups of Barclays' portfolio to the relevant actors, and organising many programs and events. As part of the Pears team, she combines her two passions: international development and innovation.

Yarden holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master degree of Business Management, specialized in social entrepreneurship, from KEDGE, a leading French Business School.
